The most important was the staff - great and informative people. The location of the hotel was brilliant, close to the centre of town with local places to eat.

The place is conveniently located near the town center and there are plenty of dining options nearby.

Had really really nice stay for my business trip and the weather was warm. The hotel had a particularly good and magnificent location close to all shops and restaurants. It was also so close to church, the center of Tywyn, and good cafes/ pubs.

The small double room had ample storage space for the temporary bed, and it was priced at £69.

The location was super central, stunning right in the centre of town. It was very close to the shops, café, beach, Talyllyn Railway, and train station.- The double room we booked was complete with a comfy bed and a shared bathroom, just as advertised.- The staff was very helpful, and there was plenty of affordable food available.

Great staff. Exceptionally good views over the hills in the distance. The location of the hotel is marvelous, by the beach which is about half a mile away from the property and walk from a railway station.

The hotel is conveniently located near a movie theater, shops, cafes, takeaways, and even a Michelin star restaurant. The stunning lakes, waterfalls, mountains, and forests nearby offer beautiful scenery to explore.- I enjoyed visiting Skippy Fish And Chips which is located close to the hotel.- I had a peaceful stay for one night at Saint Cadfans Lodge.

I had a very agreeable stay at Saint Cadfans Lodge. The location of the accommodation was perfect for me as it was just a short walk from the railway station and close to all the pubs, restaurants, and the beach. The staff at the office were welcoming and helpful, making me feel right at home. The room I stayed in was nicely furnished and clean, and the kitchen was well-equipped for self-catering. The price was also very reasonable, which was great for someone on a budget like me. I would highly recommend this accommodation.

One small drawback was that the bed in my room was not very comfortable and creaked a lot, which disturbed my sleep. Additionally, there was a strong smell of cooking in the building, especially in the bathroom above the kitchen.

The food was reasonably priced, and the staff were helpful and knowledgeable. Our room was absolutely clean and had a great view of the distant hills. Plus, we could enjoy a nice cup of tea while admiring the mountain scenery. 🏞️

The biggest downside was that the private bathroom was actually on a different floor, which was not mentioned beforehand. It would have been nice to know this in advance so I could have brought a dressing gown for nighttime trips.
